RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact esales@sandsprecision.com within 30 days of receiving your product to start the return process and receive an RMA number.

          • Step 3: Return item evaluated
          • Step 4: S&S will issue credit to the original payment method for the product if it is deemed to be resalable*

            EXCHANGE POLICY

            Here at S&S we understand that accidents happen and that you might not notice until after you’ve received your order. For example, you placed an order online for a M-Ax Mount in Tan; however, when the order arrives you realized you actually needed a Black version. When this happens contact us at esales@sandsprecision.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process and receive an RMA number.

                    • Step 3: When requesting an exchange, the new item, including shipping charges, must be paid in full at the time of the order
                    • Step 4: Once the old item has been returned and evaluated, credit will be issued to the payment method used on the original order*
                    • Step 5: There may be a $25 handling fee

                      LIMITED WARRANTY

                      Warranty Disclaimer - This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from S&S Precision or one of our authorized distributors.

                      What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, S&S Precision will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

                      What will we do to correct the problem(s)? S&S Precision will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

                      How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from S&S Precision or authorized distributor is 1 year from the date of purchase.

                      What does this limited warranty NOT cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
