​On March 26, 2025, Vice President JD Vance visited Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia, marking a significant engagement with the Marine community. As the first U.S. Marine Corps veteran to serve as Vice President, Vance's visit underscored his commitment to the armed forces and highlighted his ongoing support for military personnel.​

During his visit, Vice President Vance toured the base's facilities, gaining firsthand insight into the operations and daily life of the Marines stationed there. He took the opportunity to meet with service members, engaging in discussions that emphasized the administration's dedication to addressing the needs and concerns of military personnel.

The Night Stalker Association is a 501(c)(19) Veteran non-profit dedicated to providing support for the soldiers and families of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). Their mission is to honor the legacy and sacrifices of the Night Stalkers, ensuring their families and the regiment are well-supported.
